Orders of $500 or less must be paid in full. All orders above $500, a 50% deposit will be requested to start the design process. Remaining balances will be requested prior to final print.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding as each piece is created uniquely for you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of each project. I typically use ground service, so please keep that in mind when placing your custom order. The shipping fees cover both postage and packaging materials, ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition. Additionally, we offer local pickup in Red Bank, NJ, for those who prefer to collect their items in person.
